Terms & Conditions of Estimated Quotations:

Intercom & Time Control (North) cc t/a ITCSA, Terms and Conditions for Installation Quotation

 

  1. Quotation Validity

    • This quotation is valid for a period of 10 days from the date of issue.

    • Prices and availability of materials are fixed within this period unless otherwise stated.

  2. Scope of Work

    • The quotation is based on an accurate assessment of the site and project requirements.

    • Any modifications or additional work requested after acceptance may result in revised pricing and timelines.

  3. Pricing and Payment

    • Prices stated are final unless unforeseen circumstances arise that were not detectable during the initial assessment.

    • A deposit of 75% is required before commencement of work.

    • Full payment must be made upon completion of the installation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  4. Exclusions

    • The quotation does not include permits, third-party approvals, or additional work not outlined in the agreed scope.

    • Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be charged separately and must be approved in writing.

  5. Installation Schedule

    • Installation timelines are based on assessed conditions and material availability.

    • The company is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond its control, such as weather conditions or third-party delays.

  6. Client Responsibilities

    • The client must provide unrestricted access to the installation site as required.

    • Any necessary permits or approvals must be obtained by the client unless otherwise agreed.

  7. Warranty and Liability

    • The installation is covered by a workmanship warranty of [X] months from the date of completion.

    • The company is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use, third-party interference, or external factors after installation.

  8. Cancellation and Refunds

    • Cancellations must be made in writing and may be subject to cancellation fees.

    • Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of work completed and costs incurred.

  9. Dispute Resolution

    • Any disputes arising from this quotation shall be resolved through mediation or legal means as per the applicable jurisdiction.

  10. Acceptance of Terms

  • By approving this quotation, the client acknowledges and agrees to the above terms and conditions.
