Terms and Conditions for Callout Quotation and Service Callout:

1. Scope of Service and Quotation
   The service callout covers only the specified work as per the initial assessment. The quotation provided includes only the time and materials specified. Any additional work, materials, or time required beyond the quoted scope will be subject to further agreement and additional charges.

2. Site Assessment Requirement
   The quotation and service are conditional upon an on-site assessment. If the issue is found to be different from or more extensive than initially described, further evaluation and a revised quotation may be necessary before proceeding with any further work.

3. Completion of Work
   If the issue can be resolved within the quoted time, the repair will proceed. The service provider will endeavor to complete the repair or service within the estimated time frame. If additional time or materials are required, the customer will be informed, and approval will be sought before continuing any further work.

4. Exclusions
   This quotation and service do not cover unforeseen complications, additional parts, specialized equipment, or work required beyond the initial assessment unless agreed upon in writing.

5. Payment Terms
   Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any additional costs incurred beyond the quoted amount must be settled before finalization of services.

6. Liability
   While all reasonable care will be taken, the service provider is not liable for any pre-existing issues, consequential damages, or losses arising from the service unless caused by proven negligence.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
   The customer must provide at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a callout fee.

8. Validity of Quotation
   The quotation is valid for 10 days from the date issued. Prices may be subject to change after this period.

By proceeding with the service, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
